La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Apuane di 60 metri quadrati composta da angolo cottura e soggiorno con divano letto, riscaldata con stufa a legna oppure con pompe di calore , camera da letto, soppalco con letto singolo, all'esterno un gazebo con annesso barbeque per pranzare fuori, è vicina ai paese di Pruno e Volegno con i suoi borghi antichi. A trenta minuti di macchina dalle principali città (Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi) e dalle spiagge della Versilia.
