we will hike for 3 km, enjoying the beauty of the wilderness, then we will rest and have a 1 hour hatha yoga session consisting of:
mantra, pranayama, joints warm-up, surya namaskar, asanas and a short relaxtion, then we will hike 3 km back.
(no previous experience in yoga is required, this is suitable for all levels)
What should you bring?
-your passport
-comfortable shoes, comfortable clothes (ideally yoga pants or sweat pants and t-shirt)
-lots of water and a light snack
-sunscreen and a hat or a cap
-bug repellent (optional)
**Please note that the experience itself takes 3 hours, but Cairo is so big so adding the transportation time can add up extra couples of hours depending on your location.
