Welcome to our traditional Maine Gambrel where you will have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. The 250 sq ft suite has a queen bed, tv, cable, Wi-Fi, hot drinks, fridge, microwave, and private space. We are located just over an hour from Boston MA or Portland ME. Just 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch and 5-15 min drive to a number of Maine beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a cat that lives in private portion of home.

Enjoy our cozy guest flat on the same 1-acre property as our 1917 home, but with its own entrance, parking, full kitchen/bath/laundry. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to the historic Mill Pond Dam or to the Inn for drinks. Two smart tv's are available, wi-fi, and a small desk area. This efficient space is for 1-2 people. A small scale pull-out couch can sleep the 2nd, average-size person if desired.
