This home has been renovated. Relax in the screened in porch with 2 reclining chairs and a swing. The home has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs) and a queen sleeper sofa. The patio has grill and fire pit. Short walk to Dogfish Head Brewertly/Restaurant. Also an easy walk or bike ride to downtown area.

Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. We looked high and low for the "perfect" beach property for years. We've spent many Sunday afternoons taking a stroll on the beach (even in winter!). We wanted a location that was quiet, secluded, and where we could enjoy nature and time with our family. Beachwalk fits the bill perfectly. It is quiet, secluded, yet close to major attractions (shopping, restaurants, theaters, golf, etc.).
