Expect Construction noises. Portable Power for Load-shedding. You can power the TV, wifi, standing lights and charge cell phones when the power is off. The development is a short walk to the beach, have a large swimming pool and great circular road for a walk. No music & noise. No visitors. No smoking.

Situated half way between Knysna and Plettenberg bay we are in a green belt, within the indigenous forest there is cycling and hiking trails. The beaches and all amenities are within a 20 min drive. This farm grows organic vegetables and is transitioning to an off the grid lifestyle.
