Restful Retreat with garden in Farrington Gurney

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room, additional single inflatable floor mattress & travel cot (if needed). We provide fresh bedding & towels and even though we don’t offer breakfast we also provide fresh bread, butter, milk and bottled water on arrival. We are dog friendly for which blankets, dog bowls, treats etc are also provided. In addition to this we also have a private lawned/patio area to the side of the annex which can be made completely secure for dogs or children. You will have the use of the entire bungalow, off street parking & private garden with lawned/patio area to the side of the annex. We are on hand should guests need us or have any queries, but we also respect our guests privacy. The home is located in a country setting in Farrington Gurney, just down the road from the Farrington Park Golf Club. A handful of quaint eateries and pubs are all nearby, as is the local produce and bakery at the Farrington Farm Shop. If arriving by car then off street parking is available for 1 or more cars. The main bus route is located on the A37 which is about a 5/10 minute walk from the property. If you are looking to go further, Wells is about 10 miles, City of Bath is 8 Miles and Bristol is approximately 15 miles, all by car/bus.

The accommodation we are offering is a timber clad self catering apartment set within our grounds with secure parking. On a bus route (temporarily suspended on week ends) and perfectly located for Bath(6 miles to centre) Cheddar Gorge and Wells etc in the heart of the Mendips. Ideal for guests attending the wedding locations at Priston Mill, Radford and Camerton. The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath is a fabulous detached property. The Conker Store - hideaway near Bath and Priston

A converted coach house which has been extended and refitted in 2022. The Conker Store has a private patio, wood burner and parking. Both bedrooms have flexible sleeping arrangements - super king size beds or 2 singles. One bedroom can be arranged with just a single bed leaving space for home working (or a cot!) ‘Little Glen’ on the outskirts of Bath

Set in the heart of the beautiful village of Corston in Bath which offers access to plenty of stunning countryside but also is not far for people to explore both the city of Bath and Bristol. The Annexe. Beautiful Location. Nr Bath

Located 8.5 Miles from the historical city of Bath the Annexe is full of character both inside and out. Once you have finished your morning coffee sat in the private garden with a variety of wildlife including pheasants, finches, Owls, squirrels and the occasional wondering Deer, why not hit the public footpath situated 200 metres from the property to hone your bird watching or foraging skills. The Garden Annex is a private, tranquil place. Its wooden construction is cosy with the central heating. It has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.
