Comfortable, quiet, 52m2 one bedroomed apartment in Lanesborough overlooking Lough Ree. This is our second home that we rent out when we are not using it ourselves and includes original artwork and antiques collected from our travels abroad. The apartment is located just beside a marina, with picturesque river and lake walks which lead to a short wooded area offering further glimpses of the lake. Please note it is NOT near the sea. The nearest beach is about 90 minutes drive away in Galway

The apartment is surrounded by water on three sides. It is bright, clean and spacious. Both bedrooms are en suite and the apartment is well equipped. It has beautiful views over the river Shannon and there are nice areas outside to relax by the river. Lanesborough has good restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. The apartment is 10 minutes from Roscommon town and is close to golf courses and many other amenities. You can hire boats/kayaks and and the apartment has a mooring for a boat.
