Newly built cabins close to Glacier NP, Big Mountain (Ski the Fish) Whitefish, MT and Black Tail Mountain, Lake Side MT. It is also located 1.5 miles from Big Sky Waterslides. It is only three miles from down town Columbia Falls, MT and about thirty minutes from Kalispell, MT and Big Fork, MT. Whitefish, MT is twenty minutes away. It is a very cute little hobby farm area with beautiful views of Teakettle and Columbia Mtn ranges. Owners are onsite. Sorry no pets. Space for snowcats and trailers.

Stoney Lonesome Retreat

Welcome to Stoney Lonesome Retreat. Why Stoney Lonesome? Not entirely sure, you can blame it on my Great Grandfather and a book by John Preston called Saucer Ears in the Ozarks. He started calling our property by that name way back in the very early 70s and it kind of stuck. We did blast and remove A LOT of rock when building our home, which you'll see (and are welcome too take some home with you). You'll be staying in our fully furnished ridiculously comfortable basement apartment.

It also has a nice work area or place to eat a meal. It has a well-stocked kitchenette and a nice bathroom with 3’ shower. The studio is perfect for two, but we can make an exception and add a cot for an extra person. Or you may bring your own infant bed.
