Rose Garden Cottage, Guisborough.

Our luxuriously cosy little cottage has everything you could wish for after a day exploring the nearby woods, adjacent North Yorkshire Moors or easily accessed coast. Perhaps a relaxing soak in the feature double ended bath? You can cosy up in front of the log burning stove or step out for something to eat and drink at one of the local bars and restaurants. If you prefer to cook, the kitchen has all you need. The cottage has been renovated throughout with a feature mezzanine bed and bath suite.

Tivoli Place for a great escape

The house is light and airy, with touches of colour in each room, A glass sided staircase to minimalise dark areas. The fireplace in the lounge has been opened up to the back room for a decorative feature filled with logs and a light for ambiance in the evening. You can also see through to the back garden. Kirkhaven is a delight to spend time in and relax.

This house is in a perfect location in Saltburn, close enough to the centre of town,beach and valley gardens without being disturbed by the noise of an up and coming popular tourist destination.Modern and airy decor with a mixture of vintage and new designs. Recently renovated to incorporate an open plan style kitchen/dining/living space. This self contained holiday cottage offers a chance to get closer to the workings of a family dairy farm. It is situated in the North York Moors National Park, midway between the moors and the coast and just a fifteen minute drive (or slightly longer bus ride) from Whitby. The accomodation is unusually spacious for a one bedroomed cottage, it is light, warm and very well insulated but don’t forget there is the potential for noise and smells from the farm!
