A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse and has its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, rail stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at university and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Please note there's no breakfast, only tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Bright and modern self-contained annexe

A modern, light and airy self-contained annexe (attached to the main family house). The flat has a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge/diner leading out to a private deck. The central location is really convenient for enjoying all Falmouth has to offer. The high street, offering loads of great places to eat, drink and shop, is a short stroll away (5 mins). The beautiful main beach (Gylly) is 10-15 minutes walk. Falmouth Town railway station is just a 5 minute walk too.

First floor, two-bedroom apartment with a delightful view across Falmouth Harbour and the Carrick Roads. Situated harbour side at the top of the Old High Street in Packet Quays it’s a great base to explore or simply unwind and enjoy the view! Marlbro is a short stroll into town and around 20 minute’s walk to Gyllangvase beach. The High Street’s new and old offer amazing restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, plus the best bakery in town right on your doorstep. Marlbro has the added benefit of a secure parking space.

Annex near town, beach and park.

A light airy room in our private annexe near public transport, a beautiful park and an easy walk down into town where you will find familiar shops, a vast variety and abundance of cafes and restaurants. See the ferries to St. Mawes and Flushing go back and forth. Easy walk to the beaches and the well known Gylly Beach cafe. Falmouth has so much on offer for all ages.
