One small terrace with table for 6 seaters
Large terrace with outside couches and fantastic view of Table Mountain
Please respect the neighbours and the neighbourhood by limiting noise and disturbances. No loud noise after 11 pm. No parties please.
Guests are expected to leave the house clean and report any damage or problems immediately. If you break something, please tell us. If it's a big deal, we may have to charge you for it.
Please leave the guest bedrooms undisturbed.
This is a non-smoking house, however smoking is permitted in the outside areas. Please use an ashtray!
De waterkant is the most trandy area of Cape town. Top notch restaurants, bars and nightclubs are within safe walking distance as well as the vibrant Cape Quarter and the V&A Waterfront shopping mall. The MyCiTi bus service and taxi stands are all within few meters

The house is in De Waterkant, also known as The Village, which is the only area in town where essential things can be done on foot. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful shops and a supermarket are nearby.
The next Citi bus stop is just a few meters away. But we actually recommend Uber to get around. Their services are outstanding in Cape Town.
